ER32 collet set 3-20 in wooden box spring steel material made in India
Q-TECH ER 32 COLLET SET. 100% manufactured by Q-tech in India.
Spring steel material used and is hardened and tempered to 40-42 HRC to get maximum spring action. Slitting done on automatic parting machines using proper designed fixtures as a result you get maximum clamping strength, and the cutting tool will run true, another reason why quality collets are better than crapy collets. Run out less than 20 microns. 02mm, we also manufacture high precision collets which have run out less than 10 microns. When using quality produced collets all the cutting load on the flute of cutting oil is properly distributed whereas in crapy collets the load is not equal on the flute and u get less tool life or breakage of the tool when working under load.
All collets are fully ground and then lapped so that there is no burr left from the slitting process which adds to the quality of the collet. 3mm-18mm comes in set supplied in a fine finish wooden box.
