Kutani ware Japanese Teapot With Cups Set In Wooden Box

  

This is a lovely Kutani ware Japanese teapot set which comes with a teapot, five cups and lids beautifully presented in a wooden box. Unsure of the year etc but there is makers mark on the bottom of each piece and the box. The set has never been used but there is a little bit of damage to the inside of the tea pot which you can see in the photos as it's fragile. The box has some marks and has been a bit damp, there's a few nail marks where these have been added to strengthen the box.
