Comes only with what is shown. The lid has had a repair on it, the wood was split on the back side of it, i have glued it back together, it feels solid. This may be a weak point, so i thought its best to point it out. This is all likely dated to the 1940s as there are lots of magazines dating fron 1948 to 1949.
