Magic Lantern Slides Boxes, with 33 Magic Lantern Slides, Antique

  

Two antique wooden cases for magic lantern slides, together with a collection of 33 antique magic lantern slides, most dating to the late 1890s. Mixed subject matter including religious buildings, country scenes, military, famous people, firemen, France - all as illustrated. Each box is approximately 42cm long, one with internal subdivision for 50 slides. Condition: Both cases with age-related wear.

Slides mostly in good order, some with loss of edge tape, a couple cracked. Overseas buyers are most welcome, import charges may apply.
