We deliver all items using a tracked service within the UK. Items may arrive slightly later near Christmas and after bank holidays. Larger and heavier items are sent via courier and will arrive within 1-2 days. You will be advised when your item leaves us, and it will be delivered and fully trackable to a UK address. A signature may be required. Instructions to do this will be given on the text. We also deliver most items to countries within Europe. We sell a lot of products and sometimes things go wrong; If you receive an item that you are unhappy with for whatever reason, please first send us a message and we will respond quickly with possible solutions.
