Set of 6 Modern Buildings Their Planning, Construction & Equipment in Wooden Box

  

This is a lovely set, there are some other sets for sale, but this is the only one with its own wooden case, which makes it really lovely and special. One book does have a rip at the top as you can see from the photo, this will have happened when pulling the book out of the case as they are wedged in quite snugly, so getting the first one out requires a bit of care. There is a bit of foxing on some of the early pages, but nothing severe.

The diagrams and some of the plates in these are lovely and the detail is wonderful. The wood is a bit shabby, but solid and could do with a bit of cleaning and rubbing down with oil or something. You will wait a long time before finding another like this and the beauty is it can stand independently on a desk shelf and you can place something on top of it too. Please see photos for measurements. I love vintage and unusual items and much of what I sell comes from my own collections as I love to keep things for a while and pass them on for others to enjoy.
