Vintage Chess Set Pieces And Wooden Box With Inlaid Board 1.3kg 26x26cm. Set comes in a box, nicely laid out in soft velvet type material to keep pieces separated and safe. The board is made of individual square pieces inlaid upon the top of the box very nicely done.

32 vintage pieces, made of a heavy resin type of material. Total weight of complete set 1.3kg. Board is 25.5cm x 25.5cm and box is 45mm thick.

Size of pieces to give you an idea are king 54mm tall, pawn 31mm tall. In very good condition for age and being vintage, however it's old and there is very minor signs of use and wear/minor damage to board and pieces, so please don't expect them to be perfect. Really lovely old set, very detailed design on the pieces, years of fun and looks good on show.
