Staunton Style With Wooden Box; King 82mm on 32 mm diameter base; weighted/felted. This is a high-quality set, I guess dating back to the 1950s or earlier. Pawns are 41 mm tall.

Weight with box just under 800 grams. The white king has a stress line shown in the photo and four black pieces have minor bumps at their bases. The photos don't do justice to this handsome, tactile set. Under the lid is a vendor's inked cartouche, Wainwright of Leeds Bridge, athletic outfitter.
