Vintage Rare Chavet Chess pieces with original Wooden Box - 3.25 King. Imported by Pacific Game Company. Complete set of 32 pieces. 3.25 inches King height, weighted and felted, felts in great clean shape. Made of natural boxwood, and stained reddish-brown boxwood (Mahogany color) Nice patina.

The Chavet sets are very similar to Lardy sets, please check last photos so you can see the differences between the knights. The bases of the Chavet sets are thicker than Lardys. There are some leans in some pieces, some light wear, scratches, no hairline cracks, overall, in excellent shape for its age.

(PLEASE SEE PICTURES FOR CONDITION). Box is in great shape, some light scratches. The box even has its original tissue paper inside! Wooden box measures approximately 8" x 5" x 2.5.

Lardy knights and board not included.
