Vintage Weighted Wooden Chess Set, Wooden Box Staunton Pattern King 3.5 & Board

  
A carefully used great quality beautifully weighted wooden Staunton style chess set in original box with wooden board. I'm sorry I don't know the type of wood, happy to be advised! Few marks on board commensurate with age and use, please see photos as I have taken many to provide a good representation. These photos form the description. A few surface scratches that I think would buff out with furniture polish but I didn't have any. One white knight has a slight crack on the base, there is a picture showing close up of this. White king is 9cm or 3.5 tall and weighs 63g.

The Black King weighs 58g. Board is 402mm 15.75" square with each square on the board being 43mm or 1.75". Box and pieces weigh 1.448kg. From a clean non-smoking home. Happy to try and answer any questions.
